Mail Server Settings

Incoming POP Server: mail.webnostix.com
Incoming IMAP Server: mail.webnostix.com

Note: Your login name for both POP and IMAP access is your email address.

Outgoing SMTP server: mail.webnostix.com

The outgoing SMTP server requires authentication. It uses the same login details as the incoming servers above.

Webmail

You may access your email through a web interface using any web browser connected to the Internet. To access your emails this way point your browser to:

http://[your domain name]/webmail or
http://webnostix.com/webmail

Use your email address as a login id and enter your password. You will then be able to choose from two different webmail applications. We recommend Horde.

Name Servers & DNS

If your domain name was not registered through Webnostix you will need to update your name server settings at your present domain registrar. The correct name server settings are:

Primary Server : ns1.webnostix.com
Secondary Server: ns2.webnostix.com

FTP Servers

In order to upload content to your webspace you will need to connect to your account and upload files via FTP. To access your webspace please use the following FTP details:

FTP Host: [your domain name]
FTP User: [Your Username]
FTP Password: [PASSWORD]

Hosting Control Panel - CPanel

To control the various aspects of your hosting account including adding and deleting email accounts and viewing website statistics you will need to log into your control panel at:

http://[your domain name]/cpanel
